Dr. Matthew Beattie
Dr. Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at Augustana College in 1996; graduating with high honors. Dr. Matthew obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He has provided the highest quality dental care since 2000, with an emphasis on implant dentistry and compassionate dental care.
Dr. Matthew has served as an assistant adjunct faculty member at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He maintains professional memberships with the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, the Davenport District Dental Association, the California Implant Institute, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Matthew has interests in sailing, woodworking, and playing musical instruments. He is active in living out his Christian faith, and is involved in his local church. He and his wife Heather have twelve children.
Dr. Marianna Beattie
Dr. Marianna Beattie is a Davenport native, the daughter of Rev. William and Marian Beattie. The youngest of eight, she attended West High School in Davenport, IA and went on to study Biology at Augustana College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Marianna received her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2002, and her Diplomate designation from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Marianna and her brother Dr. Matthew started Beattie Family Dental in 2003, not far from where they were raised. They had a vision to care for their patients as if they were family, and built a practice with a foundation of their shared faith, with an emphasis on quality care and compassion. Drs. Beattie created an environment where patients feel cared for and seen as unique individuals who deserve compassionate care. To that end, in 2014 Dr. Marianna received her adult oral sedation training to provide additional comfort to patients who suffer from dental anxiety. In 2015 Dr. Marianna started her journey to assist patients who suffer from snoring and sleep apnea using oral appliance therapy and completed her Diplomate of Dental Sleep Medicine in 2018. She takes great pleasure in helping patients improve their quality of life, whether creating a more beautiful, functional smile, or helping patients feel better rested through improved sleep.
Dr. Marianna lives on a farm in rural Scott County with her husband, Steve. She has two grown daughters and enjoys reading, water sports, camping, and snowboarding. She loves to travel to the mountains and serves at her local church through music, where she plays the piano and cello.
Dr. Maria Eseverri
As an immigrant, Dr. Maria is fluent in both English & Spanish and values the diverse perspectives her background brings to her work.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of FL and went on to her receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of IA.
Dr. Maria loves getting to know her patients and creating lasting relationships build on trust & care. She brings energy, a detail oriented approach, and a genuine passion for dentistry to everything she does. She is excited to call Davenport home and is looking forward to being part of the Quad City Community.
Outside of the office, Dr. Maria enjoys playing pickleball, working out, and experimenting in the kitchen. She also loves to travel, especially exploring new cultures through their history and food.
Dr. Grant Spranger
Dr. Grant attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska for his undergraduate degree and to pursue baseball. He had a previous life as a professional baseball player for the Seattle Mariners before going to Dental school.
Dr. Grant attended Creighton Dental School where he became dedicated to his patients well being, staying up to date on technology & research, and being the best dentist he can be. When Dr. Grant is not doing dentistry you can find him out on the golf course, reading, fishing, or spending time outdoors with his wife Lauren, son Paul, and two dogs.
